Purpose/Description:
The purpose of this job is to develop parts programs to increase sales and profits within the district assignment. This position supports dealers with training, sales and marketing assistance necessary to enhance continued parts sales increases to insure customer satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities:
• Work with the Dealer Principal and the Parts Manager to insure the full potential of the dealership is explored and developed.
• Determine the problems prevalent in the dealership parts department using the resources of the District Sales Manager, Dealer Development, Regional Manager, and individual´s evaluation.
• Form a plan of action to explore problems, determine what actions are required to solve the problem and form a timetable for actions to begin and end, and anticipated results.
• Work with the operation offices to insure communication and co-operation between the District Service Manager and the District Sales Manager.
• The District Parts Manager is responsible to insure the parts sales objectives for his district are met.
• Responsible for parts and service dealers in open Arose.
• Responsible for fleet contacts to insure they are aware of and participate in our programs.
• Will keep all parties advised by submitting the proper reports on time and in the proper manner.

Minimum Education and Experience:
• BSBA or equivalent experience
• 7 years experience in automotive or related industry including 5 years experience, at least 2 years in aftermarket products.
• Previous sales management experience preferred
