* Review current production operations, vendors, products and processes and recommend changes, as needed * Create a system for and document current production drawings, CNC programs and database backup * Initial the design and development of new products * Manage manufacturing projects through completion * Work with employees to meet weekly goals and objectives * Analyze, organize and perform office operations and procedures such as bookkeeping, filing and administrative services * Support management as needed
