District Sales Manager
Pay Range: $35 - $40K salary + 25-50% commission + expenses + benefits
Chicago, IL Area
REQUIREMENTS
* 3 years of outside B2B sales experience in the automotive aftermarket
* Bi-lingual a plus
* Business development / account management at the retail dealer and distributor levels
* Must be numbers driven with the ability to use an assertive, relationship style of selling
* Ability to travel 25%
* Work from regional office in Dallas area
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Will consider candidates outside area, however NO relocation assistance available
DESCRIPTION
* Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close
* Meet & exceed agreed upon sales quota
* Implement company marketing plan and meet the business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area
* Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge
* Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within assigned territory
* Work with existing distribution networks to "pull-thru" business and support their operations, including training
* Manage client/ customer needs as required
