Position Title: Sales Manager - High Performance Products
Location: Eastern Coast of North Carolina
Company Brief: Client is dedicated to the engineering & development of race inspired, track proven automotive parts & components
Compensation: $60K salary + commission, vested ownership, company car, benefits & relo package
Requirements:
* High performance automotive products, culture and passion a must
* Feet-in-the-street, automotive pro with documented success & hunter mentality in business development
* Road warrior with ability to travel up to 80% of the time initially
* Provide track side & test-n-tune event support, as needed, some weekends required
* Demonstrated ability and desire to develop new geographic territories
* Turbo kits, suspensions, headers, exhaust systems & forced induction experience considered a plus
* Desire to build & manage a sales team as national dealer network develops
* College degree a plus
Description:
* Newly created position offering opportunity for sustained growth in responsibility and ownership
* Effectively identify, establish and grow a nationally based network of HP dealers and distributors
* Forecast and drive a sales pipeline through the dealer / distributor network
* Develop and refine competitive pricing, achievable sales goals and marketing strategies
* Demonstrate products through visual inspection, vehicle test drives and dyno runs
* Interface with engineering to effectively grow dealer network in niche markets as new product lines are released
