Position Title: Assistant Branch Manager - Operations

Compensation: $50K - $60K Salary + benefits
Requirements:
* 3+ year’s experience with retail parts, branch or warehouse operations management a must
* Prior responsibility for staffing levels, delegating duties and scheduling work hours
* Able to work retail hours including overtime, weekends and holidays at any store assigned by management within reasonable distance from home store
* Possess good interpersonal skills with an outgoing friendly positive attitude
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
* Prior salvage yard environment experience a plus
* High school degree or GED
* Must have valid state issued driver's license
* Use proper safety equipment and safety procedures
* Must be able to pass pre-employment testing, including drug, physical aptitude, hearing, vision and a complete background test (criminal, prior employment)
Description:
* Develop and apply skills to work with or act as the store manager in the daily management and supervision of all phases of the stores operation
* Manage personnel matters, sales, core program, customer care, production and all other operational needs in place of manager
* Ensure assigned store operates in an effective and efficient manner in compliance with all of the guidelines of the administrative policies and procedures
* Be a leader in helping store and manager achieve all of its goals and objectives
* Successfully complete the training and prepare for promotion into a management position
